Dr. Bolanle Aminat Azeez is a Reader in the Department of Finance with special interest in International and Public Finance. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the Ondo State University, Ado Ekiti, now Ekiti State University in 1999. She holds a Master of Science degree from University of Ado Ekiti in 2007 and Ph.D. degree in 2016 from Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti.

She has published many articles both in local and international journals. She is a member of the following Academic and Professional bodies; Nigeria Society for Financial Research (NSFR) and Research Group for African Financial System and Development (RGAFSD). She was appointed the Acting Head of Department on 1^st of August, 2022.
